Aim
To provide strategic direction for major projects and liaise with the three implementation groups.

Method
To research topics listed in Vision 2015 and prepare costed proposals for their implementation.
Where possible to give advice on sources of grant aid / funding.
To oversee the implementation of projects and thereafter monitor them.
