Since 1992, Beacon has successfully been breaking down the barriers and making a positive difference to the lives of those with learning and other disabilities and those with other barriers to employment. We now operate from 6 centres spread across Worcestershire and the Black Country.

We achieve this through a team of enthusiastic, dedicated professionals who deliver tailor-made training and support to our clients – through courses, 1:1 tuition, workshops or whatever approach is best for the individual.

Each year, we help over 700 people to achieve their goals. This site tells you a bit more about what we do – and describes just a few of our successes.
