Telephone Employment Law Service

Organisations who have well established policies and procedures or in-house HR expertise may wish to have access to a Consultant who has specialist knowledge of Employment Law and HR Management. The AP Partnership Ltd’s Telephone Employment Law Service meets these needs.

This service includes:

  • telephone advice on all matters of employment legislation and employee relations;
  • telephone advice on disciplinary and dismissal matters including reviewing and drafting letters as appropriate;
  • access to a Personnel Manual which includes advice and documentation to help you handle matters such as recruitment, absence, performance appraisal and disciplinary action;
  • an update on current employment issues by means of a regular Newsletter;
  • access to our dedicated client area on our website.
