This service includes:
- telephone advice on all matters of employment legislation and employee relations;
- telephone advice on disciplinary and dismissal matters including reviewing and drafting letters as appropriate;
- access to a Personnel Manual which includes advice and documentation to help you handle matters such as recruitment, absence, performance appraisal and disciplinary action;
- an update on current employment issues by means of a regular Newsletter;
- access to our dedicated client area on our website.
Optional Employer Protection Insurance that pays for the cost of defending a tribunal, settlements and awards. If this option is selected you will also need an audit of your current policies, procedures, Terms and Conditions and a one-off fee will be charged for this.
