Employment Law Consultant - Andrew Southwell
Andrew has a wide range of experience from working in both private and public sectors and was already an experienced legal helpline consultant before studying for a Business Studies with HRM degree in Edinburgh.
As a Consultant, Andrew has gained broad experience in providing specialist advice on Employment Law as well as general HR issues. Andrew believes that many issues can be prevented from escalating into more serious matters by addressing them early and with a proactive approach.
Andrew holds a Legal Masters (LLM) in Employment Law from University of East Anglia.
